No strangers to the local music scene, the birth of Pot Plant House Party came to the forefront when the active minds of Seb (vocals/guitar) and Charlie (drums) were still in high school. The catharsis roots of the band formed an immediate connection, which has carried on and grown with Daniel (vocals/guitar) and Matt (bass).

 

Straight off the back of a huge 18 months, which saw them tour WA with Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, as well as share the stage with Sly Withers, Ruby Fields, Beddy Rays, Gyroscope, and gain a WAM nomination for Most Popular New Act. Pot Plant House Party have recently released their first single from their debut album - 'Hollow', their first piece of music in 2022.

 

PPHP have displayed the potential their unconfined sound has to create their own distinctive entity, and the group are set to continue their prolific run of releases throughout 2022. Produced and engineered in-house by bassist Matthew Templeman (Sly Withers, Birds of Tokyo), as well as Seb Davies (vocals/guitar), Daniel Bromley (vocals/guitar) and Charlie Smith (Drums), 2022 isn't showing signs of the band not exploring these possibilities they've paved over their career even further.
